Since 1996, GALLERY M's
online collectors have been very satisfied with our online support
and acquisition services. GALLERY M's
goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We achieve this with
you, our collector, by first verbally assisting you with your fine
art needs. Second, your order is processed and monitored until you
notify us that your new acquisition was received as expected and
in excellent condition.
Our client base is truly global. However, GALLERY M
is only able to accept purchases in the United States Dollar ($).
Most online purchases with GALLERY M are
by using a major credit card. Generally, GALLERY M
accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and the Discover Card.
Should you reside outside the United States or where the United
States Dollar is not the accepted standard currency, your credit
card company will typically charge both the item purchase price
plus a foreign exchange fee(s). Such exchange fees are the obligation
of the collector as are any applicable duties, fees and other expenses
associated with non-US purchases.
Sometimes in business a return of the merchandise
and an appropriate credit is required. GALLERY M
handles each situation with the following guidelines:
Proprietary rights in all biographical text, pictorial and graphic images and other content
("works") and "marks" that appear throughout the GALLERY M sites
are owned by GALLERY M, INC, members of GALLERY
M Online Network, or the respective owners
of such works and marks, and are subject to protection under U.S. and international copyright
and trademark laws. Any use of any of the text or marks appearing
throughout the entire domain, including subfolders or "pages" of the
domain, without the express written consent of GALLERY M
or the propriety rights owner thereof, as appropriate, is strictly prohibited.
M will accept all works back within
the first 10 days after receipt. Shipping costs to return the
work will be paid by GALLERY M only
when the collector had paid the initial "outbound" shipping. The
work(s) needs to be returned in the "pristine" or "as new" condition
that the collector originally received the work(s) and as GALLERY
M originally shipped the work (s) to
the above mentioned grace period has expired, GALLERY M
will issue an in store credit applicable to any works in the gallery
to be used at a later date.
of Money: GALLERY M will refund all or a portion of the amount
GALLERY M received or issue an in store credit based on that amount for a returned work, as appropriate,
after GALLERY M's receipt of the work subject to GALLERY M's inspection therof and determiniation of its condition in its
sole discretion. Thereafter, for a work approved for refund or credit, GALLERY
M will either send the collector a refund check or issue store credit in an amount GALLERY M
